This particular example is more than likely one of Aston's demonstrator/press cars, which this example is also a US-spec model (judging by the plate size, Northampton-registration which all Aston's press cars have, orange side-markers and it being LHD). I was driving behind a US-spec V8 Vantage S last week, which also had the same prerequisites. I'm not sure whether the models eventually get shipped out to the states, or if they are sold on at a cheaper price to UK-based or European-based customers (the latter would likely benefit with the car being LHD).
