He's more of an American muscle car fan, but he said he has not noticed it sitting there lately. I'm not sure who owns it, but it was there for a loooong time so I thought it might somehow be someone that worked at Harris Teeter.

Has the same wheels and is a V10 Spyder and was at Park Road Shopping Center. I need to get on my other computer and check the plate number though...

Nice shot though! It's hard to believe this is your first R8. I've seen a few running around Charlotte. I saw a black R8 Coupe drive past Park Road Shopping Center once and a gray one over at the South Park Mall. I also saw the R8 in the link below at South End -
