The whole bottom floor of the parking garage is all reserved for doctors, so there is always nice cars there. I have seen the R8, a GT-R, a 911 GT3, 911 Targa 4S, 2 Alfa Romeo Spiders, and many other Porsches.

He's a doctor and he's there a lot. In the other photo, you can see his reserved parking sign.
