Those hideous boxes are VPG (Vehicle Production Group) MV1s. They are taxis or special-order cars that have ramp that comes out which allows people in wheelchairs to be able to ride in a car. Nice find and beautiful shot as well!

They are ugly I saw a white one and thought it was a pedophile van lol but nice spot I saw a matte black B-CFS in South Carolina on the intersate. Pry from Atlanta though
