Description This is a rare Bentley Continental GTC V8 LeMans Edition. It is one of 48 that were built. All of them are for the US market. It was at the PGA Tour Superstore on Butterfield.
Besides the exterior color and interior color combination unique to each edition, There is a small Le Mans Edition badge located just behind the front wheel just above the chrome side stripe.
The Le Mans Editions is for both the Continental & Mulsanne.
Each Le Mans is named after each driver that has won Bentley the 24 Hours of Le Mans races and I just noticed an error, there are actually 6 (not 5) different Le Mans Editions: John Duff, Dudley Benjafield, Woolf Barnato, Tim Birkin, Glen Kidston, & Guy Smith.
Don't forget the Mulsanne LeMans Edition that was revealed at Pebble Beach in 2013. Also, I looked it up and found that Glen Kidston and Guy Smith are both British racers. I know Bentley has a rich racing history, so is each LeMans Edition named after a different British racer?
