    This isn't your ordinary Bentley Continental GTC. First of all it's a GTC Speed which is really hard to see because quite frankly not a lot of people tend to buy the Speed model of Bentleys (from my experience) and secondly this car belongs to Wizards player Nene. His wife dropped it off at the car wash at Tyson's Corner Center according to the workers who are incredibly nice and funny people. Pretty nice seeing this British Beauty getting a detailed wash.

Not necessarily Mills, but that is probably what is going on here. It's like people who live in California that own exotics often register their cars under a Montana registration plate because there is no high registration tax in Montana, whereas there is a high tax in California.
