Seems we have seen this car before. Interesting questions about it. Turbo R cars had the grille shell painted to match the body color. So is it a Mulsanne that has had had an erroneous Turbo R badge placed on the boot (trunk) lid? Or is it a Turbo R with an incorrect grille shell? I have no idea. But just as an afterthought…isn't the concept of a Bentley 'limousine' about as correct as a Lamborghini delivery van?
