Ok, xDrive isn't a model or anything like that, it's just BMW's name for it's 4WD system (like Audis Quattro or Mercs 4Matic) All X6's come with xDrive. The M-package can be added to every X6 (apart from the X6M). It's mostly a cosmetic package that contains sport suspension, M-division badging, some styling features, etc. It's in other words the same as the S-line trim for an Audi or an AMG package for a Mercedes. Oh, and there is no such thing as an X620D. The smallest diesel is the X630D.
The X6M is imo clearly an exotic car. With around 550hp it eats M3's for breakfast.
I'm bad with the BMW models so I explain it shortly. There many variations for models of BMW. For example, there is X6M, X6 M PACKAGE, x635 xdrive, X620 D and there may many others not sure. Only X6M is exotic out of those models and even some say that it isn't an exotic...
I think M package can be added on xdrive and maybe other models.
I don't know much about BMW models, but M is a powered version of the car which is really aggressive, similar to AMG (Mercedes-Benz) and RS (Audi) models.
Someone with more knowledge, please correct me and explain better.
