Plus I am sure he had BIJAN used in CA for plates on either the RR or one of the other cars in his former stable. I did also hear about the registration tax break for Montana.

Montana has great deals on exotic car taxes. It's funny they actually advertise for it in DuPont registry. Lawyers in Montana work specifically with people out of state registering large amounts of exotics in montana. Not a bad deal
