Unless it has been sold or he got a new plate, it's a different one. Plate on this was RSL-xxxx so probably not. I've seen a few Viper SRT-10 Convertibles in this spec though, so it seems to be fairly popular.

Wonder if it's the same one I've spotted: http://www.exoticspotter.com/dodge-viper-henderson-north-carolina-134493 if so he has 2 more Vipers. A newer one and another one of these but not a convertible.
