You would be better off asking xXFerrariFanXx about this guy, since he lives near him. I have only been by here once (hence only one photo), so I don't know what this guy does. It was only a rumor that I heard that he restores them, but only occasionally works on them/takes them to his house.

However, this Ferrari isn't at a shop, it is out of a shop, so it's legit. And how do you know this guy works on Ferrari's? He might just have a huge collection, and brings different Ferrari's out when he wants. This is in Florida after all...
