This car belongs to a friend of mine. He has quite a collection! This 308 won best in class at Quail in 2013 (Pebble Beach). And he technically isn't a customer, he used to work there. ;)

1st pic of it was 30 feet away driving behind that Range Rover then it parked right here and the customer went inside. 100% valid http://www.exoticspotter.com/ferrari-308-salt-lake-city-utah-191266

It's parked in public parking and belongs to a customer who came down the road and parked,hence the posted photo of it driving before parking. It's 100% legal, you have an Aston Martin same spot.
