If there were an easy way to post a photo just within this thread, I’d do it. Feels odd to do a fresh “spotted” post of your own car. On the wheels, my tech is among the best in the upper Midwest. He and I had a good chuckle about it. Hard to notice from a side view until you stare.
@rampante550 sure I will get one :) or Uberlink can probably post a good one ;) there is one other yellow one on here and it's a front shot as well just fyi
Yup, mine. I’ve had this one about 4 years. 1995 456GT with a six-speed manual. As far as I know, it’s one of five that came out of the factory in yellow, one of two in the US. Weather permitting, I drive it most days in the summer, so it’s often out and about in Minneapolis.
Ha, you guys caught me on a bad day. It had just been in for belts and my tech accidentally put the wheels on wrong. I didn’t notice until I got home, and they were back to normal a couple days after this.
lol, great point - maybe he got his free tire rotation at costco (not kidding)and the tech didn't know or realize it's a different rotation for rwd cars. would love to be a fly on the wall when he takes it to trained service center
I wonder what's going on with the wheels? The rear wheel is way inside the fender, and the front is way outside the fender. I know the 456GT has staggered wheels front to back, so I wonder if (and it kinda looks like) for some reason they have the front wheel in the back, and the back wheel in the front.
You can see how much wider the tire is up front and skinnier the tire is in the rear, so they look to be switched. Very odd.
