Ferrari 458 Italia spotted in Atlanta, Georgia

Details on This Ferrari 458 Italia:

  • Location
    Atlanta, Georgia
  • Description
My favorite spot so far for the New Year. This Speciale with Illinois tags was spotted on Old Milton Parkway and Amber Park Drive in front of the Whole food store. I would hate to have to choose between this color or red.

You have to love car spotting. You never know what you will find around the corner.

That's like when I was in Wyoming and missed a 612 and F12 within an hour of each other. I captured the rarer Brickin on that same day, and I left Jackson happy!

When I lived in Florida my best spotting day was when I spotted two Ferrari Enzo's. I spotted them in Pompano beach. Both were red one had red seats the other had black. Both were in different locations with no car show going on. I was there but not to spot lol. It was back in 2004. I have spotted an F40 in Tampa but again no camera.

Have you ever uploaded an F40? If so, that's something I'd like to see.

The F40! was the star of the show for me.They had a lot of vintage stuff. The food was catered by that Como Inn restaurant. That was as good as the cars lol.

It sounds like it was fun while it lasted with that building, what was your favorite car you saw there if you can remember?

When he and his brothers passed on. That property was sold. At one time it was bought and turned into a banquet hall. The property was that beautiful! I did a google map view and learned that the property is now abandon. In 1992 when I was last there I was only 5 years old lol..

I'm sorry I don't know where Montefiori is? And what types of cars did you see there?

When I was a kid my grandfather and I visited Montefiori in the early 90's. It was located in Lemont I believe. What a place it even had a petting zoo. So many rare cars attended every summer .That was done by Joe Marchetti ( God bless his soul) He owned the Como Inn restaurant before they torn it down. His warehouse was located in Chicago, I heard it is now a restaurant or wedding hall.

Yeah, thanks West! You should come back during the Art & Literature Festival that they have. That is when all the rare and wonderful cars come out. One time there was three Enzos, an FXX, a 250 GTO race car, and a 166M.

I like the look of this store. So rich in history. How cool is it that you have two Ferrari stores in your backyard! I need to visit Chicago again soon.

Not to change the topic, but last time I was at Continental there was a 250GT Berlinetta Lusso parked next to an Enzo, an F40, and a 750 Monza.

Thanks guys I appreciate the great comments like always.

Luke my camera on this shot is a Canon SX 280 HS. I love this camera it does everything.

Aj, Lamborarri was correct on that License holder from Continental Motorsports. To be honest it covered the tag where I could not read the home State.

@Lamborarri: So he meant license plate frame and not license plate? That makes sense. Thank you for clearing that up!

@AJ Ferrari: The owner bought it from a dealer in Hinsdale, Illinois called Continental Autosports. I think that's what he meant.
