I've seen a couple of cars in South End, not in a while as I haven't driven through there much lately, but yeah I remember spotting this, that Evora on Saturday, an R8, and a Continental.

It was parked at the Icehouse on South Blvd. in South End. There are a couple of restaurants over there (I'm pretty sure there's a Sullivan's Steakhouse near the Icehouse that has a valet that might have some exotics). I've also seen an Audi R8 over there. I'd say South Park is probably you best bet to see a couple of exotics (particularly on a Fri or Sat night) but it is worth it to drive through South End, Myers Park, and Dilworth, as there are a lot of exotics hidden around there!
