Owner is probably thinking about how to next spend his money. Such a waste. I like to think he just drove it hard the day before and just didn't clean it after though it's much more likely they have just been sitting there for weeks on end. Sad but it's a common plague on ferraris. People with the means to own cars like these, particularly in china, are often much to busy to drive regularly. I wouldn't be surprised to know that the owner probably just gets driven to and from his business in a town car or something similar and only enjoys his Ferrari on the third Sunday of every month, or worse only when he's in town, it's possible this is simply a car for a second home that rarely sees the street because the owner is only in town a few times a year. This is why I have an Avalon at my vacation house, it's always ready to go when I get there and im not sad to see its accumulated any dust.
