Ferrari 458 Italia spotted in South Beloit, Illinois

    I'll let you guys decide if this is legal or not. I was driving home from XX when I saw two 458s (a silver one and this one) and a Huracan parked inside a tiny service garage about 2 miles from the Blackhawk Farms Raceway! Technicians let me get a few shots but only from the side because they didn't want the plates in the shot.

I'd say legal. It's like this rare Diablo VTTT I spotted inside a neighbourhood garage http://www.exoticspotter.com/lamborghini-diablo-guelph-on-canada-208075 ... if it was an exotic shop or dealership obviously it would be different.
