Viiru: Thanks for posting the video. It really makes the color a lot easier to see. I have never seen that color before. It is either a special paint selection or a custom match. It is unique looking. In the shot where the sun hits the mirror in your video I actually think it looks good. Like a metal-flake bronze color. The wheels are also painted the same color, I wonder if this vehicle went through Ferrari's One-to-One Personalisation Programme.

Now that I can see this on a real computer, I think the color is Vinaccia, which is a Plum Purple Brownish Color; because when you add the Racing Livery to the GTO (the stripe and color matched side mirrors, etc,), you usually choose a stock color, not custom (but it is possible). Vinaccia is the closest thing to brown that Ferrari currently offers for Racing Livery on the 599 GTO, unless you elect a custom color...I just cannot imagine someone wanting a custom brown, unless it's a very nice custom Bronze that lights up in the sun or something. Vinaccia is a beautiful, deep color when the sun hits it.
