It's not everyday you see a bright green Ferrari... I wonder if it's after market? It must be not that Ferrari wouldn't do it, I once met a guy with a two tone 430, bottom of the car was black and the top was red, I think I've posted a pic, so Ferrari will do what you want at the factory you just have to pay a very high premium.
