Great spot. Love the colour. As to whether it's tuned or not, I'd say the owner intended for it to look like a GTO, but I don't think it actually is. (Note the smaller intakes and the lack of air vents directly behind the rear wheels.) Hard to say if the engine's been upgraded or not.
