Ok I saw a picture of this one on Instagram too. I think this is the same one registered with the Capital Auto Club. In some pictures it appears black, and in other pictures in looks sort of blue. But it’s the same spec as the one on CAC. Was the plate “1EJ2836”? I think the one in the other photo by Potomac Spotter is different though because the Ferrari shield is silver. Could just be weird camera processing though.

Yup it definitely looks the same and has the same rims. Also appears to be a spider
