I've seen some decent stuff parked here recently. A couple weeks ago there was a Mercedes AMG GT S Edition 1 parked next to a Maserati GranTurismo MC. I was going to take a pic but the local 918 Spyder drove past right then. Priorities, lol.

Great find! I've never seen anything very exotic there except for a few cars at that Treehouse place behind it. Always great to learn of new Ferraris in the Charlotte area...there are quite a few more Californias here than I originally thought.
