    The last place I ever expected to EVER see a Ferrari is in Juarez, Mexico. Juarez is a border city of El Paso, and those two city's make the biggest populated country border in the world! El Paso has about 800k ppl and Juarez has about 1.2 million! Anyways Juarez has been battling violence over the years and I would've never think of seeing an exotic in this area.
