Oh my gosh what a find!! I think that's the one that was delivered on the day of Cavallino Classic in 2015. But that one looks like a brighter shade of blue, so that might be the 3rd one that resides in Florida! (Blue one in Palm Beach, black one in Fort Lauderdale).

Also, mighty risky driving that thing on I-95. The stuff you see on that highway is crazy, saw some reckless driving today for sure. Kudos to him/her for taking that risk.

That's funny, I've never been to montana but from what I hear it's a nice state to drive around. I guess it could be not so bad

Since there's been more scrutiny around MT plates, there are now warehouses in MT that hold a lot of high-dollar cars, typically for at least a year to "prove" they reside there. Then owners start to take them home, drive around etc.
