Overreaction on both parts. The Huracan driver should know that driving a flashy high-profile vehicle would get tons of attention.
But the guy doing the filming is an a***ole. Just take a few pics, maybe a minute or two of video and be on your way. Your focus should be on the road. Following the Huracan for 45 minutes the way he was doing is irresponsible, at best. Then calling the cops like a wuss because he was later confronted about it is a douche move.

I agree, couldn't that be considered stalking?
Has anyone considered that he might have actually going that way?

And??... I see exotics every once in a while on the freeway when I go to work. I take a pic or two, then continue on my way just like the exotic does. I never aggressively follow it for 45 minutes. The guy taking the video of the exotic was way out of line.

Exactly what I thought. My guess is the guy making the video kinda just wanted to make a scene after a certain point. Someone in the comments made a good point that maybe the guy wasn't supposed to be driving the lambo and thats why he got so mad.
Technically he was doing illegal act in taking the video because your not supposed to use a phone while driving.
That law is by state, here in NC you can make calls, I think in Florida you are allowed to do whatever you want with it. Plus I think it was a video camera so that probably has different rules as well.
He probably did this because he knew acting like an idiot, breaking the law, and causing road rage would increase the views on the video and increase his profits from ads. I guess it worked since we are talking about it. If someone followed me driving recklessly for an hour I would be freaking out too. Also keep in mind that the video was most likely edited to make him look as innocent as possible. Many important parts of the video are cut out.
