In México one of the nicest collections known are (most of the collections are kept in secret):
Emilio Azcarraga (Owner of Televisa Media Group): Owns one of the two bugatti veyrons in Mexico, EB 110, 599GTO, F40, Saleen S7, 458 Italia, MC12, 4200Gt trofeo, Enzo, F50, SuperAmerica, other ferraris, porsches, etc.
Carlos Slim: He is a fan of F1, owns numerous F1 cars, and he normally drives a Bentley Flying Spur and an S class.
and I am sure there are some that I i don't know.

There's a guy in Bahrain with an incredible collection, from memory its got: 911 gt1, McLaren f1, clk gtr, f40, f50, 250 gto, 288, enzo, saleen s7, lp670, Miura, Shelby cobra, m600, reventon, veyron, venom gt, Dakar rally truck, rr phantom, gullwing, 599 gto, 458, carera gt, 911 gt2rs, modded slr, db5, maybach , Bentley cgt (widebody), Camaro dragster and more that I can't remember, he used to regularly post photos on his instageam but hasn't in a while.

mohdabdulrahim was his username but I can't find him anymore, he used to post photos of his cars and take them to Bahrain international circit, hope this helps.

His name is Carl Dinardo, he owns Covington Group (built my house) and some other companies. Also he doesn't currently own an Enzo but apparently he is looking for one.

There are a two great collections in Cincinnati.

One has a 330 GTO, 275 NART, 288 GTO, P4, GT40, lots of racing Corvettes, several Indy cars, and more. The other has Dino Martin's Ferrari 412P, Duesenberg SJ Mormon Meteor, Duesenberg SJ Roadster, James Bond DB5, Enzo (I think), and more. I should hopefully be getting a tour of the latter in the next few months.
