I don't know the Brabus line all too well but any Brabus should be legal to post as long as it isn't a fake.

Personally i wouldn't upload a Brabus unless you know it's based on an actual AMG. I spotted a Brabus SLK a few weeks ago, but didn't upload it because it was based on an SLK200 CDi which is definitely not a worthy car for this site...
