In my small seaside town there is a mclaren 12c, ferrari California and an Audi R8, mostly people come down from around the UK and retire where I live so mostly bentleys and range rovers, hardly see any exotics apart from the summer!

Porsche 996 Turbo Cabriolet, but the owner is selling it. He used to have an ML63 AMG as well, but he traded that in for a Hummer...

Where I live isn't very wealthy, although my neighborhood is probably one of the upper end communities in the area. I know there's a GT500 in the newer section, along with a first-gen Mustang and an XKR Coupe. I sometimes see a C7 Corvette Convertible parked outside one of the houses in my section of the neighborhood, but I'm not positive the owner lives there. One of my neighbors has three daughters (all married now), and the now husband of the middle daughter used to have an NSX, so he brought it over occasionally before they got married. Unfortunately I wasn't really into cars much when he owned it, and by the time I was, he had sold it for an E92 M3 Coupe. I've heard one or two sportbikes leaving the neighborhood, although I'm not sure what they were, and there are a couple of WRXs, STIs, a BRZ, Camaros, Mustangs, GTOs and similar as well.
