This F50 has been totaled. Even though it had the most miles of any F50, it was in excellent condition and the previous owner treated it very well. Sadly the most recent owner did not. Click here to see the article.

Saw this video a couple of days ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRUUC0am6zQ

Is that the same or a different F50? Seems to be kinda reckless driving...

EDIT: didn't realize it has the same plate as in Rivitography's pic, so it is the same...

Another video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0qp_tXTIi0

Not surprised he crashed it...

Guys, this is not the driver's fault. Exhaust fumes from the car lead into the cabin causing the driver to pass out at the wheel. I can only imagine what happened when the driver woke up and realized that his Ferrari has been smashed to bits.

I'm glad they are auctioning off this Ferrari instead of crushing it so somebody else can take care of it, and maybe fix it up.

Really? I knew the F50's design isn't that great but this? Wow.

Still, when you look at the second video, the car almost veered to the wall at 0:30 while he was accelerating.

The owner was a reckless idiot. By looking at the photos of the crash it looks like he wasn't wearing a seatbelt either and his head stuck the windshield.

Can you show me some photos of the accident? I bet the previous owner of the car is feeling sick to his stomach right now.

No, I meant photos from the actual accident scene.

I don't know if there are any. The previous owner spent over $200,000 keeping this car perfect and drove it all the time.

So he spent more than the car was worth taking care of it. It seems like he loved that car more than anything. It's really sad that all that time, and now it's destroyed. I have no doubts that the previous owner will buy it back again, and spend more money trying to repair it.

Yeah no seatbelt and he's driving it naked...

Your comment makes no sense. The last few F50s have sold for well over 1 million. If the owner didn't want it when it was in great condition then he sure isn't going to want it wrecked.
