I bought the Ultimate Edition, which includes the car pass and VIP, and so far it's been wonderful. VIP is sooo helpful because as stated above, you get double the credits for level up wheelspins. But the car pass is also nice because each DLC is automatically opened for you without having to buy (of course you're paying an up front price), but it gives you 6 DLCs for the price of 5, so it pays off instead of buying each pack individually.

Finally got the Xbox one. The Mobil car pack doesn't have anything great besides the F-type, so i think i'll just buy DLCs seperately when i see one i really want and not buy the Car Pass.

So i bought Horizon 2 and put the disc in and its been installing for over an hour and is at 3% complete.
Anyone else have this issue???

You do realize the game is 36 GB, right? It takes this long for everybody.

Well my ps3 downloaded large games like GTA V fairly quickly. 5% for 2 hours seemed a bit much. Luckily, now it's letting me play while downloading so that's good. My GT is sdcarz

Yeah, it usually says "Ready To Play" after about 5-10%. My GT is Bugattiman15.
