Either a tramontana R or the BAC mono I would say a Ferrari competizone but I wouldn't trust myself driving one.

Do you mean a car that isn't street legal and can actually only be used on a track? Or a street legal car that you would buy and use mainly on the track? If it's the former, probably Zonda R is the obvious choice. If it's the latter, I'd probably take an MC12 because it wouldn't be very practical on the street.
