Anyone who's been to the concours before know what the best day to go is?

And do you need tickets for the whole show or is that just for a certain part of the show?

Also: General discussion about the show. You guys can use this thread to meet up with anyone while it's happening if you want.

Depends on what you're looking for. If you want American Cars, go on Saturday. If you want foreign cars, go on Sunday. If you want both, go both days (Sunday typically is better for spotting)

Yes, you need tickets for the show. You need to pay an extra $40.00 to go into the auction tent and get a catalog.

I probably wouldn't go into the auction tent. Mostly just spotting and looking for a Bugatti.

Do you need to pay for the show itself though?

You could just pay $0 by getting there early/staying late and catching cars arrive or depart. A good deal of them will be driven or will load in a trailer in the parking lot nearby.

5 1/2 hour drive though.

Although that is a good idea. Forgot the show cars would be driving out of the show.

Still trying to find out how high security the show is.

And do they run out of tickets (show, not auction) if you don't pre-order?
