Help removing window reflections

My friend sent me this pic that his friend took in florida. Can anybody take out the window reflections on the car?? If so that would be awesome!!! And also, if u could, photoshop out the cone? That would be fantastic

I think it's pretty much impossible to fix that.

Unless you do photoshop for profession and want to spend 10 hours on that.
