They are common all year around, so I say no.

I see them every day because there's at least three students with one, but outside of school I still see them whenever I go out anywhere (not spotting, just in general).

Depends where you live. And if some toyota-engine-Lotuses are considered exotic, I can't see why this wouldn't. Especially the coupe.

A Lotus is exotic because of it's crazy looks and unique performance, not power or price. The C63 isn't special in terms of looks or performance, really.

Unique performance? Yeah maybe it's fun to drive on the track etc. But really I'd much rather drive a C 63 AMG than a Lotus, they IMO look just like some toy cars, and aren't even remotely pleasing to the eye, plasticy interiors, etc, and very small for a full grown man (like me). A German-made quality car with 500hp V8 is in my opinion quite exotic outside larger cities, and it's completely justified to have them on this site. And it looks great.

I vote no, I do not live in a very rich area, and yet I do see these quite often.
