I don't see how saying something is at a hotel is an opinion. It either is or isn't, and this isn't. An opinion can't be proven, a fact can.

A fact was at one point an opinion, or thesis, that was proven. No need to reprove a fact. Nobody in this thread presented any facts besides OP from which we now know there was an F1 under a tent. Ah philosophy, fun.

I don't think this is legit because it was in a tent on the concourse premises.
I could of looked in tents and displays and taken photos.
Not Legit.

I don't think this is legit. It is NOT at a hotel, and is inside a tent where they were in fact storing cars for the concours.

I don't think that makes any sense. An opinion by definition cannot be proven. A fact never evolves, it just IS for all time. The people that were there verified that it wasn't at a hotel, thereby rendering Jason's facts incorrect.

Do you guys realize how stupid this argument is? You completely misinterpreted what I was saying. He called me out on it because he said the car was on display, but he wasn't there. Now, he's saying that it wasn't at a hotel, and he said "How could you have known? You weren't there." See where I was going with this?

Hmmm... the way I see it, Jason's opinion was proven false. However, of course, he is still entitled to his opinion. True, a fact never evolves. However, to realize that a fact is in fact a fact (I loled), it still needs to be proven. Without proof, a fact is an opinion. Perhaps I'm wrong, idk.

I'll be honest, I have no interest in the whole legit or not situation lol

I wouldn't call it an argument. Philosophy is so much fun to discuss, because it makes you think about how you really approach things. It's always a stimulating conversation, that's why I kept it going. It's far more interesting than talking about whether or not a car counts as a "spot."

Ain't that the truth. I've only ever taken one philosophy course and, besides accounting perhaps, it was the most rewarding by far.

This is legit. You had no idea a car would be there, it was parked at a hotel, and it doesn't matter if Mclaren was one of the sponsors. This could have had nothing to do with that. I suggest you do some research on whether or not this car showed up at the Concours. If no, this is legit.

This is not at a hotel. You were not there so how would you could you be so certain?

You called me out for the Spyker shot even though you weren't there, and everyone who actually went there said it was legit. I have every right to state my opinion.

is casa palamero a hotel? Jason was basing his opinion off of what he said, and he was just stating an opinion

and that spyker is legit btw, you weren't there

Casa Palmero is a hotel/resort-type place, but from what I was told it was near there but not AT the place. So, it seems this is not legit, according to those who were there.

This is the same tent that the Veneno was parked at.

This car is owned by someone in California so I would be surprised if it was being shipped overseas. I don't think this is a legit spot at all. That tent was used to store cars for the concours and since Mclaren was a sponsor they probably had a few spots in the tent for them.

When I saw it the guy that was security said they were being shipped over seas. He might have been lying because he didn't want me taking pics and walking around
