I just want to see if I am the only one with this opinion or if others here agree with me. Is the new Ghibli actually exotic? Yes it says Maserati on it but is it really special at all? The interior quality is far below previous Maseratis, it doesn't look very special, if it didn't have a Maserati badge it would start at about $35,000, and they will be extremely common soon.
I've only seen one so far, but I'm gonna say no. It's priced against the 5-Series/E-Class/A6 etc., which are not rare, so I don't see why the Ghibli should be an exception.

Just because it has a certain brand name and is rare in a certain area does not make a car exotic. Is the Porsche Cayenne exotic just because it's a Porsche? Is the Toyota Camry exotic when spotted in the middle of the desert?
i say its exotic. it my be priced with a loaded 5 series, but it still probably won't be that common because maserati won't let it be. its a maserati and maserati's are exotic in my opinion. and btw to the guy who had the cayenne reference, that is because porsche isn't an exotic brand, only the 918 and the gt3. their newest car is a cheaper SUV thingy. i already see that most of you guys disagree so i won't argue and try to change your opinions but i thought i would state mine.
