I think it's dependent on what others around your rating posted. If their ratings went up (towards 1) drastically, yours would go down (i.e. higher).

It is. Ive been jumping around 410/450 for MONTHS now. The lowest my rating has been (that ive seen was like 417) Im 438 right now

I think maybe he has some anger issues. Once he cools down and stuff, he'll come back again... Or when the mods decide to unban him if that's what happened
