The one guy I really wanted to see at that show sold his best car, and it's actually going to be at the Reading show on Sunday.

Is your profile picture from the Alpine Concours? I can't believe they haven't had it in a few years. Any idea if it will be back?

Yup, the first one ever back in 2009! I'm not sure it will, the run lasted 3 years and the last one wasn't fundraiser productive attendance wise because of the "weather forecast" Which was funny because the Manhassset car show was the same day and the place was packed! I miss the show's exclusive nature, revving new exotics and having more exotics in the parking lot.

Holy sh*t that looked like a top-notch show. BullFest starts at Trump Golf Club in Bedminster but they won't let anyone in who isn't involved with the event. I talked to DFC who organizes the rally and they told me it's super exclusive and just for the owners.

So If I try and take pictures at the Ritz Carlton are they going to holler at me? I think most of the cars park in the underground garage there.

I wouldn't think so? Trump Golf Club is gated so you actually can't get in there lol. But at a hotel I imagine they wouldn't actually stop you.

Oh, that's good. I probably won't make it anyways.

I'm fine with going to Reading with some nice and classy people instead of BullFest with all those show-offy doucehbags. I might have a surprise for Sunday but I certainly won't say anything until it happens, if it does.

I have yet to see another show where one can sit in a Bentley, Rolls, Mclaren Mfg cars with ease. Maybe Pebble Beach I guess, but the Alpine show was indeed a rare gem.

Even if we can't get in these super exclusive events, my car fancy gets fulfilled these days with private car dealers that have special cars! Check out Interstate Motorsports in Pennington NJ or Exotics Classics in Long Island NY if your ever close! Both guys are amazing and friendly. I can't talk about prices, but some cars are worth the trip I'll tell ya that much.

went to the weekly lyndhurst car meet next to medieval times tonight because my dad wont drive three hours to reading tomorrow. turns out my dads friend has a mopar tuned challenger rt, and the other has a mustang 5.0 with a crazy exhaust. there was an acura nsx, jaguar etype, cobra replica, silver spur, dodge viper, and pretty much every muscle car. everyone there was so obsessed with american muscle, they didn't even realize that there was an ARIAL ATOM there.

Reading was pretty good. 2 Enzos, 599 GTO, 458 Speciale, Ford GT, Gallardo Performante, 650S Spider and then more than one hundred other new and old Ferraris of all kinds. Hope for a similar group next year along with the LaFerrari and SA Aperta!

A few Ferraris here and there (weird that they didn't go in the show), a Murcielago, LP1200 Superleggera, a few Maseratis and a Performante. And a new Flying Spur that the Enzo owner drove in.
