It's possible. Cars are registered by their owners so there could be one hiding up there that someone will bring out. I don't think you'd get to sit in it, though, unless you maybe found the owner himself.

That's basically what I'm doing. I'm getting there at about 11 and staying until 5, maybe later if needed.
