Is it the same one I saw at Concorso Ferrari & Friends with the Koenigsegg owner's GoldRush5 Veyron?

No idea, I've never actually seen it. And that guy doesn't have a Koenigsegg anymore. He hated it and sold it back to Koenigsegg.

It usually takes Koenigsegg 13-15 months to fully prepare an Agera R for full use, but BC wanted it in time for goldRush. They couldn't do that, so he wanted it in time for Pebble Beach. They were able to get it show ready, but not completely road ready. So when he tried thrashing it around 17 Mile Drive, it didn't perform as well as we wanted. Basically he's just a giant, selfish idiot.

Essentially. He was judging an unfinished car like it was the final product.
