Saw a couple C7 test cars a while back, Also saw a bunch of cherokees. Im sure if i were to go up to mount evans i would see much more. some fellow colorado spotters have seeen 7 918's, A huayra, and many many more

There's some kind of SUV (maybe a Volvo, maybe a Hyundai, etc.) that I saw once recently that has been seen a lot around my area. Not sure what it is yet.
All of these were probably at least a year and a half ago:
Tesla Model S
Infiniti Q50
Audi Q3
Fiat 500e (I would see the same one every day)

I have seen a WRX STi 2015 one week after it came out in Detroit, a pack of '16 Audi Q7s, and a Nissan Titan 2016.

I saw a Q3 last week! It was a production car though.
