Tough choice...for an exotic, I'd have to say a 2012+ Nissan GT-R, especially the Black Editions.
For realistic cars, the 2009-2012 Mazda RX-8 with the R3 package. They didn't sell many of them (Ferrari sold more cars yearly in America than Mazda did RX-8's after 2009) but they looked fantastic and drove awesome. Not to mention they had an incredible exhaust note!

My favorite is probably the TVR Cerbera 4.5.
I also like cars like the Isdera Spyder/Imperator, the Cizeta V16T, the Lister Storm, and the Spiess TC 522. I typically like design cues from the late eighties and early nineties.
