I'm sorry, but I just don't understand how you can't consider an S8 exotic. It's well over $100,000; over 500 horsepower, incredible performance, and great looks. Why doesn't it deserve to be exotic? It's basically a Continental.
Because it is nothing more than a common Audi.
What do you mean? how is it a common Audi? It has almost all the requirements for being exotic. Big price tag, lots of horsepower, great performance, and good looks. And I've never seen a new S8, and only two older S8's. Once again, just because it's common in one area doesn't mean it's not exotic.
btw, where other than NYC are you going on your trip?

We can agree to disagree but to me an exotic should be a pure, rare thoroughbred, with an impressive badge or shocking looks that will draw a crowd anywhere. I am going to NYC and then I am going to Philadelphia.
Cadillacs dont draw a croud... The old ones do but not the new ones.
Exactly. If a car can drive past normal people (that don't really care about cars) unnoticed and no one looks at it then I don't think it should be considered exotic.

What about Maybach's?
I would still think regular people would look at Maybachs. I know my mom and brother definitely would and they know almost nothing about cars.

What about Maybach's?
NBA player Rip Hamilton came to my school once in a Maybach and everyone paid more attention to his car than him. You wouldn't think that people would notice a Maybach but they really do get attention.
