What do you think the biggest tragedy in automotive history is?

To me its the loss of the Mazda furai, witch I only found out today was burned to death In an engine fire while filing for top gear 5 years ago then kept secret for a while, i remember on a TG episode them saying "we were supposed to feature the furai but due to issues, we have the gumpert Apollo instead" no i know why, the news that the furai is gone has bought a tear to my eye, i loved that car, the best concept car of the last decade, and its gone :(

RIP Mazda furai concept :'(

Ah but tvR is back now ;)

And that fire took 3 f40s with it damm the others were mass produced so they aren't much of a loss as far as industry goes but 3, 3 f40s damm that's a shame

The tucker 48 aka the Tucker Torpedo.
Preston Tucker (the owner) sold tons of of preplanned orders, then he wasn't able to supply them.
They only made 51
They hade over 1000 "dealers"
Later, Tucker was arrested for fraud,

I love the H1!! And my dad has a Studebaker.
Apparently my family has a taste for unsuccessful cars. :D

Call me evil but I'm glad Saab is dead. Just let it RIP and I'll be happy.
