So my birthday is in 2 weeks and I want some new 1:18s to my collection. The only 1:18 models I have are the F50, reventon, murcielago and huayra. I have enough cash to get 1 or 2 auto arts or like 8 cheaper models. What should I get guys?

Can you be more specific? Like what's your price range going to be?
AutoArts have a huge range.. you can pick one up for as low as 50 bucks and goes as high as 400 for top end models...
Also, what do you like... any choices you're thinking of currently?

If you have $700, get a CMC Bugatti 57SC Corsica!! You'd have nearly $250 left over. With that, you can basically get any AutoArt Lamborghini except for the Sesto Elemento, but I'd recommend the Aventador 50th mainly because well... I own one. It's a hella nice model to have. Or you could go with a True Scale Miniature McLaren P1 in 1:18 for around $220

Or simply choose any AutoArt Signatures lol

Personally, I would go with the One-77 or Veyron.

Easiest question ever.
Definitely the TSM P1.
The Veyrons are nice, but they're a dime a dozen, unless if you're talking about the original 16.4 and not the Supersports and other editions
Aventador J are okay. It's a good model and i'd know, since i own one. But with other models you're considering right now, it's not the best choice.
One-77 is a great model, but the rims are.. how should i say it..more toy-like compared to the rest of the car. Also, the steering wheel is quite a disappointment. But for around $220 shipped, which i have to say is the exact same price for the TSM P1, the P1 is way more worth it.
Gumpert Apollo is a joke, no offense. But i find the car to be extremely ugly so i definitely won't choose that
Frontiart are really detailed, although i'm not a fan of resin. Also, i definitely WOULD NOT spent $400+ on a model that won't open
Therefore, the P1. Two reasons:
1. It'll increase in value better than the other choices. Just look at the orange or black version. They sold out almost instantly and are going to nearly a hundred bucks more.
2. limited production. Limited amount means once it's sold out, the original stock is gone for good. As compared to the AutoArt choices, they do come with a certificate with a number on it. However, on almost all the model, they don't mention out of how many are made.

So yay for P1!

Lol I was literally just about to ask you Howard if you had Truescale miniatures P1 yet? I found one on DMW.com for 210. I guess this will be the next best alternative to AA P1 coming out this year.

I don't have the TSM version yet. I'm waiting for the AA's version, which i suspect won't be out until Q1 of 2016 based on the progression of models being released, also waiting for the G63 AMG 6x6 for that matter.
And i think i've mentioned it to you as some point, but i only order my models off of DMW.com lol, unless if i find a deal off of ebay.
