My dad is applying for some jobs in phoenix so hopefully he gets one, which means we will be moving to America...

Theres a couple of things I would like to know,

is it Hard to get a license?
Whats the spotting like in the Scottsdale area?
how hard is it to get around?
Are there many New Zealanders in Pheonix? (might be a hard one)
What sort of jobs are there for a 18 Year old?

Not hard to get a license in the U.S in general.
Spotting is really,really good in scottsdale area (they had a pagani, have enzos, f1, 918s, LaFerraris, P1's, etc…
Plenty of jobs for teens here in the U.S in general

Getting your license is a joke here, most drivers are terrible and when you're getting your license, all you really have to do is make a three point turn and they'll pass you.

I don't know the others besides the license part because well, i don't live around Scottsdale.
But for a license in the U.S., it's actually pretty easy. That's why we have a load of dumbshitttt drivers who have absolutely no idea what the hell is going on.
However, like many states, you do need to be living in that state for at least 7 months i think (or is it 12.. i don't remember. too long ago)
You'll need 2 documentations like Passport, birth certificate etc.
You're Social Security number, which i don't know how it applies to out of country residents.
And the basic Vision, knowledge and driving exams.

If you meet all the requirements to get a license in that state, it's actually easy once you start the process, though it could take a few weeks.
