Does an iPhone have Burst mode that take pictures at 10 frames a second???

I believe it doesn't. My Xperia Z has that feature, which is very useful when passing a car the opposite side of the road... it also has a 13 megapixel Exmor RS Sensor and HDR Photo and Video (1080p)...I think it's just perfect for car photography when you don't have a DSLR...

iphone has only HDR for photos, no burst mode, but i am sure u can get a app to do a burst mode feature

There could an app that does have that feature for the iPhone, however using burst mode takes a lot of memory and processing power, especially at 10fps (Many DSLR's can't cope with that). The Xperia Z and even Galaxy SIII/S4 have that mode already installed onto the phone, which is quite a convinience. What the iPhone lacks in with normal camera modes, makes up with with apps of which can enhance the camera function, and vice versa with android smartphones.

The galaxy s4 did have the burst mode and the quality is very very good as a DSLR

No doubt, more of the newer high end phones do have amazing photo quality for what is essentially, a Phone. I mean in some cases, it is very hard to distinguish most high end smartphones to compact cameras and in some cases, DSLR's. Kinda rules the DSLR out for some people, but i still love using my 1100D because although photos from my Xperia are good, once i edit them, they can become a bit too overdone, whereas a DSLR is much easier to manipulate the photos.

And yes the S4 does have burst mode too, as will most likely the new iPhone and other smartphones in months and years to come. I've used the camera on the S4, and it's intuitive and amazing, plus the burst mode works well too.

But what dont really like about the s4 is if you want to use the burst mode you have to use the internal memory, because my s4 internal memory is full i cant use it until i delete all my old photos
