Heard my name and decided to help. Near prospect street and the areas of La Jolla near the beach you can find plenty good stuff. Also, it also just depends on the time of day. Afternoons on the weekend (especially Saturday or holidays) are good, while nighttime during the week and weekend is exceptional (might even see a 911 R).
