Well it's up to the customer to decide what he/she wants. And actually those aren't foglights, but some sensors for the night vision/pedestrian detection/cruise control etc. stuff, not sure what exactly.

Yeah me too when I first saw it, but the foglights are integrated to the main headlamps.

Notable here, A5 has the foglights where they usually are, and when you look at them closely you can see that it's clearly a lamp:

While at the A7, the 'foglights' are black, just like some sensors:

i wasnt sure if it would of been accepted or not
not sure if they were rare (general Deltas) or just people didnt want to upload them
i have seen one other sometime last year but it wasnt as rare as this model

The Nissan Stagea in the UK is a very rare car, and this one was only my second one that i have ever seen. I had to take a picture of this one, as i was walking to college.
