Ok so I was at the detail shop I shoot for to shoot a Ferrari 458 and they had an Aston Martin Vantage there that I had no idea it was going to be there because the calipers were going to be painted. Is it legal?

I would say yes if it isn't a shop specifically for exotics.

It seems to be mainly a detailer for exotics.

Thats what I shoot for them. I mean they do more normal cars then exotics. I mean think about it. Why would they post cars that you see every day rather than show off the finer cars you detail. Thats why you see all the Aston Martins and Ferraris

I'd say it's fine. He didn't know they would be there and its certainly not an event.

You used it in the shoot with the 458 and how do we know that you didn't know ahead of time.
